Tekliunai is situated 1 km from a restaurant “Zaldokyne” and 2,5 km from Didzioji Riese in the direction of Gudeliai. The whole area covers up 5900 sq.m.
Short description of the area:
Moletai direction is one of the most perspective places of the development of Vilnius. Many buildings of a new construction appear there every year and our territory belongs to the area where new houses and settlements are built.

Infrastructure:
If you want to find the territory you have to drive Moletai road and in front of a restaurant “Zaldokyne” you have to turn left. Then, drive forward about 0,8 km and turn right and then, drive straight again until a violet poster on your right. That will be the beginning of our territory. In the middle of the territory we are planning to build 6 metres wide road.
System of domestic waste water treatment
There are 2 ways to install waste water treatment plants:
- to install biological waste water treatment plants for individual houses
- to connect to the system of waste water treatment in “Dvariskiai settlement” that is connected to a renovated system of Raudondvaris.
Drinking water
- The most purposeful is to install local artesian wells.
Electricity
- A high voltage electricity line of 10 kW is situated 500m from the territory.
Gas
There are two alternatives to install gas system:
- to install the containers of the liquid petroleum gas
- Natural gas. The connection is possible from the rout of gas near Moletai road.

We have already signed the agreement with Vilnius region municipality concerning the transfer of rights for making a detailed plan.
The land is situated 1,5 km from the lake Silas near an asphalt road. One side of the land coincides with the border of Vilnius. The exact cadastral measurements and a topographic photo have been made. One ha of pine wood is cut smoothly and 2 ha are planned to cut smoothly according to a project.
