SILOJAI
Gailasiai and Pagailasiai villages are situated in 3,8 km distance from the main drive to the settlement Bendoreliai near an old road of Sirvintai and 1km from Gudeliai. In 4 km distance in the direction of Vilnius, there is a private kindergarten.
The total area covers 52 ha. The area consists of the following parts:
The first quarter (4,20 ha) – a project of land plots formation and reformation has been already approved.
The second quarter (19,72 ha) – now the quarter consists of 18 land plots.
The third quarter (9,01 ha) - a project of land plots formation and reformation has been prepared where the area is divided into 14 separate land lots. Apart of the land lots will be further divided.
The fourth quarter (4,02 ha) - a project of land plots formation and reformation has been prepared where the area is divided into 14 separate land lots. Apart of the land lots will be further divided.
The fifth quarter (7,01 ha) - a project of land plots formation and reformation has been prepared where the area is divided into 14 separate land lots. Apart of the land lots will be further divided.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Electricity
There are 5 roads to the area. There is also high voltage electricity line in 700 m. distance from the area. Present owners are planning to install electricity during 2008.
Gas
Installation of natural gas in the area has not been deeply studied yet. However, we think that the best solution is to install LPG containers.
System of domestic waste water treatment
We have already made over 30 ponds where it is possible to direct cleaned waste water. The best solution is to make a common system of waste water treatment for several land plots.
Drinking water
The most purposeful way is to install artesian wells. We have already made a well in the third quarter in land plot Nr.12-4 of 108 m depth and a rate of 12-13 cubes per hour.
Soil
The soil consists of clay and sand in the major part of the area. We have made a map of soil research data in the area.
Sales
The price of land plots is estimated depending on the size of servitude, finish of legal situation, cardinal points, number of trees, form, relief, kind of soil and other factors.
The price of the land does not include roads, electricity and other communications.
